How much does Cloudbeds cost?

Cloudbeds pricing plans are tiered so you can select the one that best fits the unique needs of your lodging business. The pricing models are designed for independent properties, vacation rentals, and alternative accommodations of all sizes and budgets, from B&Bs and inns to hotel groups with multiple properties. Does Cloudbeds charge any commissions?

Cloudbeds does not charge added commissions on reservations made through the Cloudbeds Booking Engine or the Cloudbeds Channel Manager. Any direct reservations or hotel booking made via Cloudbeds’ online Booking Engine are commission free. Commissions are charged on offering like Amplify Metasearch only after a guest completes their stay at your property. We do NOT charge commissions on a booking, saving you money if guests does not complete their stay. The Cloudbeds Channel Manager connects to hundreds of OTAs and other distribution channels in real-time with zero added commissions.

Are there any extra fees?

All of the core Cloudbeds features required to run your business are available with every plan, including, but not limited to, the Cloudbeds Property Management System, Booking Engine, Channel Manager, and 24/7 customer support. We also have additional built-in products designed to enhance your business that are available as add-ons.

How does onboarding work at Cloudbeds?

Onboarding is the process of enabling your property on the Cloudbeds platform and setting you up for long-term success. It can take place on a self-serve basis or with an Onboarding coach, your choice. Not only is our platform known for ease of use, but switching to Cloudbeds is so easy that around 600 properties do it every month! Cloudbeds onboarding experience starts with a kick-off call where you’ll meet your dedicated onboarding coach.
